Aviaq Fleischer is Assistant Professor and Ph. D. student at the Department of Greenlandic Literature, Language and Media at the University of Greenland.
Her teaching subjects and research interests are literary and media theories. She teaches in Greenlandic literature, literary subjects and media. Her research concerns cultural television programmes in the national public service television (KNR -Kalaallit Nunaata Radioa) in Greenland, and in the arctic, amongst indigenous people in Finland, Canada, Alaska and Australia.
